ABRID is officially international!

I was recently introduced to a middle eastern couple who just purchased this fantastic 3 bedroom penthouse on the marina in Dubai, and I will have the great pleasure of decorating it top to bottom.

The interior design concept will be Modern High Fashion, and will be outfitted exclusively in Fendi Casa.

Salon Project

ABRID has just been hired to design a new concept in salons. Here’s what the interior looks like now. This space, and the two shops next door will be completely gutted. When finished, it will be 45 suites for hair stylists, nail techs, estheticians and massage therapists. More pics soon!

Historic Restoration & Remodel

In this project I am working in historic Fairmount, in south Fort Worth Texas. This house was built in 1918, and after almost 100 years, has been left in a sad, dilapidated state. Being part of the National Register of Historic Places, this home will require extra care in the design details to honor the spirit of the turn of the century architecture and preserve the character of the neighborhood. The exterior will be rehabbed and repainted with approved historic details and colors, in accordance with the Historic and Cultural Landmarks Commission. The interior will be reworked to meet the needs of the modern family, while preserving the original details such as the built in buffet, leaded window and working transoms. I’m honored and excited to be part of this project!

ABRID worked with interior designer Jessica Nixon on an episode of HGTV’s Designer’s Challenge. Along with assisting with the design, Annilee created all of the presentation renderings and computer animations Jessica uses during the show.
